Common Birthday Party Questions
When should we show up for the event?
We recommend the host arrives 15 minutes early so you are ready to welcome your friends as they walk in.
Can we bring our own snacks or refreshments?
Our Ultimate package covers food, but you are welcome to bring a birthday cake. Other snacks are available at our vending machines, or you can order extra pizzas through us to keep things simple.
Are socks required for all players?
Yes, for safety and hygiene, socks are mandatory in the play zone. We maintain a shoe-free environment.
How do payments and security deposits work?
To secure your spot, we require a 50% retainer and a $100 damage deposit at booking. Your deposit is returned quickly after the party provided the space is left in good condition. Final payment is settled shortly before the big day.
Do you provide plates and utensils?
To make your day easy, the Ultimate Package includes all your plates, napkins, and utensils. We love taking care of these details so you can focus on the party fun.
Do children need a signed play waiver?
Absolutely—every child needs a signed liability waiver from a parent or legal guardian before they can play.
